Great news!
Fontself has been selected as one of the 15 startups that will be showcasing their products at the Startup Corner during the Lift 2010 Conference.
We are quite excited about this opportunity to demo all the apps on we’ve been working very hard for the last few months.
We’ll be at the Startup Corner during the entire conference: from Wed 05-May to Fri 07-May, so if you are coming to Lift 2010, please stop by and say hello. We’d love to meet you, hear what you think about our products, and your ideas on how to improve them.

We are very happy to announce that we have just released our Fontself app within MySpace.
MySpace users can now use our cools fonts to:
- Post to their own blog or profile page
- Post on a friend’s page, or
- Send a message to a friend

Also, they will be able to use a webcam capture, an image or a handdrawn doodle to create their own smileys. As soon as a new smiley is saved, it can be used immediately to create posts or send messages within MySpace (and anywhere else on the web).
All they have to do is install the app and start using it!

For those of you who still remember how cool tin robots were, who used to get overly enthusiastic about mixing dangerous liquids in chemistry class, and enjoyed watching classic and slightly more irreverent futuristic cartoons, we think we got something you’ll enjoy.
Our latest font, Laboratory, is just perfect for those days when whatever you have to say requires the right mix of science and sillyness.

You may have noticed that a shiny new site has gone live a few weeks ago.
We’ve been a bit busy to blog about it, but finally, here’s the quick list of all the new features now available on the site:
- Preview our fonts and check out the diferent styles and cool smileys associated with each them.
- Find the right application to help you post messages and use our fonts in your favorite corner of the Web.
- Create your own smileys or just plain ol’ funky illustrated words that you can start using immediately after saving.
Thank you to all of you who have been loyal (and very patient) supporters until now.
If you would like to stay in touch and be part of our intrepid team of beta tester then please register and let us know. We’d love to your feedback and ideas on how to improve our products.
